WEBSTERCARE

Welcome to Our Story

Webstercare is Australia’s leading medication management solutions provider. For over 40 years, we have been at the forefront of innovation in the pharmacy, aged care and community sectors, from introducing the world’s first multi-dose Webster-pak® medication pack to our award winning automation and software solutions.
Medications are crucial for the good health and well-being of so many people. Yet taking multiple medications can be confusing, and taking medication incorrectly can result in significant harm to health and safety, including hospitalisation or death.

Founded by renowned pharmacist and inventor Gerard Stevens AM, Webstercare offers more than 600 products and solutions designed to support families, carers, pharmacists, nurses and aged care staff when it comes to managing medications safely, easily and efficiently.

First came the Webster-pak®, the world’s first multi-dose medication pack, which transformed the concept of a dosette container or pill box into a safe, clinically sophisticated but user-friendly medication dose adherence aid. The Webster-pak revolutionised medication management in Australia and has become synonymous with medication safety and adherence.

Today Webstercare remains at the forefront of research and development in its field. We work closely with pharmacists, nurses, doctors and other health professionals to offer market-leading, end-to-end medication management solutions that service pharmacy, aged care and the community.

We are proud that Webstercare has earned its place as Australia’s medication management market leader, providing solutions that include consumer products, hardware and software in a product range of more than 600 items – each one filling a specific need.

With over 70 patents, from the iconic Webster-pak® range, to the much-loved Pil-Bob® device and MedsPro® packing automation systems, you’ll be sure to get only the best with Webstercare.

We are proud to be fully Australian owned and operated, placing our customers at the heart of everything we do.

Webstercare innovation has been recognised by being named:

• Australia’s Fourth Most Innovative Healthcare Company in 2019 by the Australian Financial Review’s annual national innovation survey;
