Which Webster-pak® Sealing Option is best for you?
We offer 3 primary options to seal your Webster-pak medication packs; a LowTemp Foil, Cold Seal Foil and Clear Cold Seal – each strong enough to withstand regular use, but designed to easily remove medications when required.
- LowTemp Foil – A specifically designed foil that seals to the blister sheet at a low temperature.
- Cold Seal Foil – Our Cold Seal Foil is an adhesive pressure seal. Simply peel and adhere the foil to the back of the Webster-pak to seal each blister.
- Clear Cold Seal (New!) – Similar to our Cold Seal Foil, however this clear, transparent seal can make checking your Webster-pak faster, and more accurately by the visibility from the back.

The Cold Seal Foil eliminates the need for an iron/sealing mouse. Peel and adhere the foil to the back of the Webster-pak to seal each blister sheet.
Pre-printed guidelines
Precision is key when packing using the Cold Seal foil. The pre-printed guidelines will help assist packing staff with alignment of the foil.
Fuss-free medication removal
Users will benefit from the micro-perforations around each blister cavity, allowing for ease of removing medications.
Benefits of Clear Cold Seal
Reduced equipment required
The Clear Cold Seal removes the need for an iron/sealing mouse. Easily peel and adhere the seal to the back of the Webster-pak.
Quick and easy changes
To make changes, simply remove the perforated backing square behind the affected blister, make the required adjustments and place a new Clear Cold Seal on top.
Greater visibility
The transparent seal ensures that pills can be seen from either side of the pack, and can make checking from the back easier. Users can also check at a glance to see if all the pills have been successfully removed.
Quick alignment
The pre-printed guidelines will help assist staff in quickly and accurately placing the Clear Seal onto each blister sheet.
Fuss-free medication removal
Users will benefit from the micro-perforations around each blister cavity for ease of accessing medication.
